Check out the Coral

So for those who didn't know the weather here in Cape Town is soooo Crap!!! If there's one day that's hot I take the bull by the horns and wear something short and strappy.....Seeing that it's just a summer season of dresses.....I had to wear one on the hottest day of the week....

It's a Summer tablecloth check in coral and white and has a coral peep-out at the hem and little rose nuttons down the front with a massive tie belt that | tie in the biggest bow possible!!! How child-like.....

I also decided to wear a flower in my hair and blush coloured strappy coloured sandals....Awesome!!!!!

I's so fortunate the I can wear shorts to work.....
I love denim shorts as they suck eveything in...These shorts are soo cute cuz the have studs at the top edege of the pockets....Also they're versatile cuz they blk denim....Although summer will show us how to femme it up with soft colours..I still love the harder, more edgy take on blk!!!
The tee I'm wearing is a cute tee with a tulle 3-d bow....It is massive but, I love it...The bigger the better!!!! (from Mr Price)

Sorbet Sunday

I LOVE shorts but, I know there's a fine line between beach shorts and let go to the mall shorts....
Love the Foschini shorts that I'm wearing here because it's just the right length...It has a turn-up which is always substantial at hugging your leg and a wide band with military buttons....We all know how much love the military influence!!!
The voile cami is awesome from Mr price...it's so light and airy....and the sorbet mint colour is sooo In right now...I love the muted toned colours as they work with every skin tone...
And yes my Fav bag and my Fav hat which actually matched the outfit!!!!!!

Floral Fever

My fiancé always has the most awesum taste....
There's is atleast one hot day in the week for us to wear summer clothing....
So Sunday he wore this stunning floral shirt with his washed out denims and a pair of brown slip in sandals....
I love this shirt because the colours are so unexpected ....it like a stone ground with a khaki and deep magenta floral....

A touch of glamour

A touch of Glamour is always required....A little sequin here...a little sequin there...lol
I thought I'd do a cute post on Party....with a girlish touch..
I adore sequins and when the 80's trend hit last year I couldn't get enough of it and then I even put cushions with sequins on in my bedroom...
I love the blk tulle tutu it's stunning and very forgiving...paired it with a blk vest and sequin motif and a silver sequin shrug....
Can't wait for party season to start.....I just love to dress up....!!

Femme Rock

I realise I say I love everything but, I DO!!!lol...
I love printed tees!!!! and this one is more a feminine rock tee ...it's got a print that's a little rock chic with lace to soften it....
Crochet motives are everywhere from tops to cardis and this one has a grey one at the back ...Subtly Sexy!!!Watch out for it!!!
It also has a silver pearl necklace that can be removed and worn on its own...like a two for one thing...
One always needs more tops than bottoms and sometimes there's a million but, you're never sure which one...I think this one has the right amount of everything on it....Sweet!!

Going Green

There were a few hot days here and there.....The girls in my office jumped at the opportunity to wear their maxi dresses.....Three of us came to work in the same dress!!!lol....Right side is of course me, Sarah-jane in the middle and Cecilia on the other end!!
I thought we all looked stunning!!!!The green colour looked particularly appealing...
The maxi dress is a MUST-HAVE summer dress and has broad appeal from kids right the way through to adults and even Angelina wore them when she was pregnant!!!

It's almost silly not have it in blk...But almost boarder line insane not to have colour...Pair with a beautiful necklace, a cardi for cold mornings and pair of clogs, wedges or flat sandals for a more casual look...

OMG!!!
I got the most awesome bag I had to dedicate a post to it.....
It's a denim bag with a chain strap but on the front it's got a white cut-out pleather Union Jack flag on it and a military badge,an anchor & 70's old school badges on it!!!
And I LOVE IT!!!

Aloha Hawaii

Now I do love a good Party....And a good party it was....!!
My family had a dress-up party and I loved it....I wore a retro floral dress in bright colours which I absolutely LOVED..It was very forgiving and cut short which gave it an edge.....The dress reminded me of the 70's which I do Love....
And to give it more of an edge I wore bright green eyeshadow...Awesum!!!
Don't be afraid of colour in summer...

Kraze about Khaki

I simply Love short dresses.....And now I simply Love Khaki!!!
This dress from Foschini is Great!! It's a flippy ra-ra and it's cute, sexy and packed with attitude....I paired it with a skinny choc belt in the waist and a cute bomber and my new staple..Pumps...I'm mad about these bronze mary- jane type pumps from Miss Selfridge....

Who's the sheriff in Town

I'm simply loving khaki right now..could be the South African in me???
But this tee is simply stunning since it has the two tone fringe hanging from the print, which is like a sheriff design in tonal khaki...
As you all well know I love a skinny leg jeans to make my legs look longer.....
Paired with a tan belt and tan wooden clog like shoes...I LOVE< LOVE< LOVE!!!!!
